No, this is not a labor announcement (I'm not pregnant. Well, not that I know of), but I think this could be it in terms of house hunting. After a few false starts and after a lot of not-so-patient waiting, I think we may have found our future home. 

Now we do that thing where we try to come up with a reasonable offer that isn't so low the seller is insulted but that isn't so high that we feel like we overpaid. Please pray for us. I haven't been this excited about a house, yet, and this is always such a stomach knotting and emotional process.
