Review: eShakti maxi dress
You voted and I listened!
By a giant majority y'all chose the blue, strapless dress from eShakti for me to try. Excellent choice! I was elated when it came in the mail yesterday. I've been needing another summer maxi dress:

Because they ask for your height and bust size to customize every order, it's a perfect fit!

I took some of y'all's advice and asked for a special customization: thick straps that I can wear up or tucked down. Customizations are now only an extra $7.50! They can change straps, sleeves, and even necklines.

My review:
Why would one ever pay more than a hundred dollars for a casual, off the rack dress when you can pay under $100 for fully customized dress, made to fit your own, unique body? I unwrapped this dress yesterday and marveled at the construction. The straps I had requested as an add-on look to be indestructible, and every seam is surged and locked. For such a low price, I was expecting a simple jersey knit, but instead, the dress is a lightweight, 100% cotton weave, and I could see myself easily wearing this at night with some metallic sandals and loads of jewelry. As expected, it's a perfect fit! Care instructions are on the inside tag, and most of their clothes are machine washable (hooray for no dry cleaning bills!).
If I ever renew my vows and have another wedding with Hubs, I, for sure, would definitely consider buying my dress from eShakti. I only wish I would have known about them six years ago when I had my wedding. It would have been nice if my maid of honor could have bought a dress from them for $70 instead of the one she had made for her for close to $300!
Verdict: excellent value, great construction, tons of choices, easy to shop, lightning fast shipping, easy return policy.
